James and Joe proudly founded Morgwell Signs in 2024, after 8 combined years in the industry. Although now business partners, the company started from a friendship and that relationship sits at the heart of Morgwell. We care about the work we put our name to, the people we work with and building a business we’re genuinely proud of.

James graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Durham University, and Joe, a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Warwick. Our backgrounds bring a design-driven mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach which has naturally carried into the way we approach signage and branding projects.

We are committed to delivering high-quality visual solutions, but just as importantly, we pride ourselves on being responsive and easy to work with. When our customers need us, they can pick up the phone and speak directly to Joe or James, the same people involved in their project from start to finish. We believe being available, communicating clearly and responding quickly is just as important as the finished product.
